Q: After dispensing the boiled water from the Hot Water Central I cannot get the unit to work. What has happened? (Applies to AAP-325F, AAP-325W)

Q: After dispensing the boiled water from the Hot Water Central I cannot get the unit to work. What has happened?
A: The Aroma Hot Water Central has a built-in safety feature that will automatically lock all functions 5 seconds after each use. When this happens simply press the 'Unlock' button. The indicator light will illuminate and the unit's functions will reactivate. (Applies to AAP-325F, AAP-325W)
Q: While cleaning the inner pot of my unit I noticed some discoloration. Is this normal?
A: If you live in an area that has hard water the inner pot may discolor slightly. To remedy this, fill the inner pot to the 'Full' mark with a solution of lemon juice and water. Bring the water to a boil and allow it to soak for at least one hour. You may also try a water and vinegar solution for more effective results.
Note: Never let the Hot Water Central operate when it is low on water. This may cause significant discoloration and is unsafe.

Q: Is the Hot Water Central dishwasher-safe?
A: No. Do not immerse this appliance in water or any other liquid. To clean, please wipe the unit with a clean, damp cloth. The inner lid may be removed and washed with warm, soapy water and a sponge. (Applies to AAP-325F, AAP-325W)
Q: Once the water has reached a boil does it continue to boil?
A: Once the water has reached the boiling point the 'Heat' indicator light will go off and the 'Warm' indicator light will illuminate. The unit will remain in the 'Warm' mode until the unit is unplugged. (Applies to AAP-325F, AAP-325W)
