Q: The juicer has been set up, but it is still not operating properly. Am I doing something wrong?

A: Ensure that all packaging materials are removed from the unit before use. Please look at the juicer base and assure that the “Please Remove” cardboard has been removed. If the “Please Remove” cardboard has not been removed the unit will not operate properly. (Applies to ACJ-181)
