Q: How will I know when the eggs are finished cooking?

A: When the eggs are ready, the buzzer will sound and the light will turn off. Please note that the appliance will remain on until it is manually switched off.


Q: If I have lost the measuring cup or egg piercer how do I obtain a new one?

A: A new measuring cup or egg piercer may be obtained online at the Replacement Parts page or by contacting our customer service department at 800.276.6286 Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm PST.


Q: Why must the eggs be pierced before they are cooked?

A: Piercing the eggs will prevent them from bursting or cracking during the cooking process. Please use the provided egg piercer to pierce the tops of the eggs before cooking.
