Q: What are the temperatures for the settings on the temperature dial?

Q: Why is my induction cooktop displaying an E0/E6 error code and then beeping and shutting off?
A: An E0/E6 error code means the cooktop has overheated. Unplug the cooktop and allow to cool down. Restart and select a lower heat setting to start.
Note: Cast iron cookware is great to use with induction cooktops. It typically has a higher percentage of iron and therefore will maintain heat well. It is suggested to start heating at P1 and adjust as needed. You usually do not need to exceed the P3 heat setting when using cast iron cookware.
Q: Why is my induction cooktop displaying an E1 error?
A: An E1 error means incorrect cookware/non-induction-ready cookware. Use a magnet to test if the desired cookware is induction-ready. Place the magnet against the bottom of the cookware to see if it sticks or not. If it sticks, it’s induction-ready. If not, it is not induction-ready and can’t be used on the induction cooktop.
