How to use your rice cooker as a double broiler.

Your rice cooker is the perfect tool to use for melting/tempering chocolate to use for dipping and melting anything from strawberries to cake pops.

To use your rice cooker as a double broiler:

1. Add 2 cups of water to the inner pot.
2. Place a heat safe bowl that will rest snuggly on top of your inner pot (some of the bowl should be inside the pot).
3. Set to Steam for 30 minutes.
4. As the bowl warms stir chocolate until completely melted.
5. Dip away!

Bonus tip: If the bowl gets to hot you can switch the cooker to Keep-Warm.
