The Digital Food Dehydrator

The digital thermostat on the NutriWare™ Digital Dehydrator makes it easy to adjust the temperature for different recipes and drying preferences. Higher temperatures allow for safely dehydrating meats while lower temperatures better suit delicate items like herbs and flowers. And for the raw foodist, the temperature can be kept below 108°F, avoiding the destruction of food's natural enzymes.

Perhaps the most popular of the NutriWare™ Digital Dehydrator's features is the timer. Set the cycle for up to 3 whole days, and the dehydrator will shut itself off automatically when the timer runs out. This prevents over-drying if you aren't around to take your food out at the exact moment of completion.
