Stovetop Favorites Made Easy
Sauté-Then-Simmer™ reaches a high heat and automatically switches to a simmer once liquid is added. Perfect for risotto, stir frys, pilafs, chili, Spanish rice and much more!
1/4 cup yellow onion, diced small
1 large garlic clove, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup Arborio rice, uncooked
1/4 cup vermouth
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup whipping cream
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- Press SAUTÉ-THEN-SIMMER™. Sauté onion, garlic, olive oil and rice.
- Add vermouth, chicken broth and whipping cream. Cover with lid and allow to cook.
- Rice cooker switches to "Keep-Warm" once risotto is ready.
