Artichoke Dip

Hot or cold- this dip tastes great.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups.

1 14-ounce can of artichokes
3/4 cup chopped sweet onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
2 ounces softened low-fat cream cheese

Place half of the artichokes in the blender along with onion, garlic, sour cream and cream cheese. Blend until all is integrated. Put the rest of the artichokes in the blender and pulse to break up but still chunky.
