Basic HummusGreat with pita chips- or any chips for that matter. Yield: 1 cup. 1 15-ounce can of garbanzo beans (or chickpeas) Place garlic in the grinder attachment and grind until garlic is chopped. Drain garbanzo beans. Place garlic and garbanzo beans in blender and blend. Slowly drizzle olive oil into the blender through the lid opening. Blend until creamy. Add couple dashes of Tabasco® sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir and serve. |
