Crab Dip

Great on crackers or chips.

Yield: 1 cup.

1 1/2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
4 ounces low-fat cream cheese (softened)
1 tablespoon dill
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
8 ounces imitation crab

Place sour cream, cream cheese, dill, lemon juice and crab in blender and pulse until integrated. If a chunkier crab dip is desired use the grinder attachment to chop 3-4 oz of crab and stir into dip afterwards.
