Honey-Roasted Pork

Honey is the perfect compliment to the pork's natural flavor.

1 rolled pork loin (about 4 pounds)
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon tarragon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut slits in outer edges of meat. Blend honey, mustard, orange juice, tarragon, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Place roast in baking dish and brush with honey mixture. Roast for 60-70 minutes, basting occasionally.
