Vanilla Cake with Sauteed Peaches

That's right. Moist, delicious cake made in a rice cooker.

Prep: 10 min. Total: 45 min.

1 package vanilla cake mix
1 16-ounce bag frozen peaches, thawed
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Whipped cream

Mix cake ingredients according to package instructions. Add cake mix to rice cooker, press Steam/Cook. Cake will take approximately 45 minutes. While it cooks, heat nonstick pan to medium and add peaches. Cook until they start to get browned on the edges, then add the butter and brown sugar. Stir butter and brown sugar into peaches and continue to cook for another few minutes - turn off heat and set aside.

Once cake is ready, allow to cool slightly then slice into wedges and serve with peaches and whipped cream.
