2 tablespoons peanut oil Cut the cabbage, carrots, celery and scallion into strips. Heat the oil in the pot, add the vegetables and stir-fry until they begin to soften – about 2-3 minutes. Add the water, soy sauce, sherry, salt, pepper and vegetables to the cooking pot. Cook at 250ºF to 275ºF for two hours. |
