Spicy Grilled Fish With Avocado Mango Salsa

This dish is so easy to make. The salsa, pair perfectly with the fish.

Spicy Grilled Fish With Avocado Mango Relish


4 fresh tilapia fillets, (about 2 pounds)
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup diced ripe avocado (1 avocado)
1/2 cup diced mango (1 Mango)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil

Coat grill with vegetable oil. Combine coriander, paprika, salt and pepper flakes in small bowl. Mix well. Combine avocado, mango, cilantro, lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon spice mixture in medium bowl. Mix well. Brush olive oil onto fish. Sprinkle remaining spice mixture over fish fillets. Place fish on grill, cover, and cook 8 to 10 minutes, or until fish just begins to flake, with a fork. Serve with salsa.
