French Dip
Amazingly simple and delicious French Dip. Must try to believe.

Total: 8 hours.
4 lb Rump Roast 1 cup Soy Sauce 5 cups Water 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix Hoagie Rolls Cheese
Put first 4 ingredients into slow cooker, cover and cook on high for 8 hours. Remove meat and "pull" into shreds using two forks. Return shreds to broth. Toast hoagies, then top with meat and cheese and toast again (open faced). We use a toaster oven, but a regular oven would work. Fold sandwich and dip into broth - delicious! Can add sauteed onions and/or mushrooms to dress up. Leftover meat makes wonderful "authentic" tacos. Yes, it's weird, but amazingly good and convenient for "no time" dinners.
