Sis's Veggie MinestroneThis is a vegetarian meal that is healthy and great on a cold winter night Prep: 10 min. Total: 12 hours. 4 Cups Vegetable Broth Mix all Ingredients in slow cooker- except for pasta and cheese. Cover and cook on Low setting 8 to 9 hours or until veggies are tender. Stir in pasta. Cook on high for 30 minutes or until pasta is done. Sprinkle each dish with Parmesan cheese. |
