Caribbean-Style Ambrosia Rice and Pecan PilafCaribbean-Style Ambrosia Rice and Pecan Pilaf Prep: 5 minutes Total: 50 minutes 1 1/3 cups rice Place the first 7 ingredients in the inner pot of the Aroma rice cooker, stirring well. Place the inner pot into the rice cooker, cover and press the Steam/Cook button. Allow to cook until the rice cooker switches to Keep-Warm mode. Adjust seasonings to taste, if desired. Stir and place in bowl to serve. Sprinkle with thyme. Serves 8 or more. |
