Caribbean-Style Ambrosia Rice and Pecan Pilaf

1 1/3 cups rice
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1 can (20oz.) pineapple tidbits with juices
1 tablespoon Caribbean jerk seasoning
2 cans (14.5oz) low-sodium chicken broth
Freshly chopped thyme leaves

Place the first 7 ingredients in the inner pot of the Aroma rice cooker, stirring well. Place the inner pot into the rice cooker, cover and press the Steam/Cook button. Allow to cook until the rice cooker switches to Keep-Warm mode. Adjust seasonings to taste, if desired. Stir and place in bowl to serve. Sprinkle with thyme. Serves 8 or more.
