Beef & Broccoli

The classic Chinese dish made quickly with convection.


1/2 pound beef, thin-sliced

1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon rice wine

1 teaspoon cornstarch

1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 pound broccoli, cut

Mix all ingredients (except beef and broccoli) in a bowl. Add beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Fold up beef in a sheet of foil and place the package on rack. Add 1 cup of water into the glass pot. Turbo-steam at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes. After it has cooked for 10 minutes add broccoli. Turbo-steam for another 6-8 minutes.
