A tropical twist to the classic dip.
Yield: 1 cup
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon cilantro
1 mango peeled and quartered
1/2 medium sweet onion
Place cilantro into grinder attachment and pulse until finely chopped. Put garlic and onion into blender and blend until finely chopped. Add the tomato, mango and cilantro and pulse until tomato and mango are chunky.
