Quick & Easy Chocolate Ice Cream

So easy to make we put it right in the name.

Ingredients

15 tablespoons cocoa

3 large cans of condensed milk

6 cups milk

In a large mixing bowl, combine milk and condensed milk. Dissolve the cocoa in a bit of hot water. Once dissolved, stir cocoa into the milk mixture until completely blended.

Pour into mixing canister and follow directions in the "How to Use" section of your user's manual. Do not fill the mixing canister more than 2/3 full, as the mixture will expand during freezing.

Fast and easy to make. Grandkids loved it. One suggestion is to be sure you mix the cocoa and hot water mix into a sauce before you add to the ice cream mix otherwise you end up with chocolate chips. You may like that, but they are hard once they freeze. Grandkids made this churning by hand in about 30 minutes. Once in the freezer it hardens nicely. Will definitely make this again.
