Roast Beef Tenderloin

Delicious, moist roast beef.

Yield: Serves 4


1 2-pound piece of beef tenderloin

2 1/2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature

3 teaspoons black peppercorns

3 teaspoons white peppercorns

- Garlic and salt, to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Wash and trim any excess fat. Crush peppercorns. Place meat in the Roasting Tray, spread butter over the meat, and sprinkle with crushed peppercorns. Roast for about 40-50 minutes for medium doneness. Cool before slicing.
