Roasted Beef Ribs
Ribs don't have to be made on the grill.
Yield: Serves 6 to 8
3 pounds beef ribs
- Olive oil
- Salt and garlic pepper
- Lemon juice
Wash, rinse and dry the meat. Let it stand at room temperature before preparing for roasting. Trim off all excess fat. Rub well with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Set aside for one hour. Place the ribs in the Roasting Tray with the ribs facing upward. Insert a reliable meat thermometer in the thick part of the meat. Baste with drippings halfway through roasting. Use Cooking Time and Temperature Chart as a guide for the roasting. When ribs are done, take out of oven; let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
