Roasted Rosemary Chicken
A quick chicken dinner- perfectly seasoned.
1 3-pound chicken
1 clove garlic
3 sprigs parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 teaspoon rosemary leaves, crushed
- Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rub chicken with salt and pepper. Cut onion into wedges. Place onion wedges, parsley and garlic in chicken cavity. Place chicken in a roasting pan and sprinkle with olive oil, rosemary and thyme. Pour wine around chicken and Roast for 50-60 minutes, basting occasionally.
