Steamed Turkey Tenderloins
Rice can be cooked while steaming at the same time. Refer to your instruction manual for directions.

2 10-oz turkey tenderloins
salt and pepper
Add 3 cups of water to inner pot, place inner pot in rice cooker. Season tenderloins with salt and pepper and place tenderloins in the Steam Tray. Set to Steam for 25 minutes.
Turkey should reach about 160 degrees Fahrenheit and not be pink in the center. Using oven mitts, remove Steam Tray from rice cooker. Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
