Stir-Fried Beef with Snow Peas
Stir-fried to perfection.
Yield: Serves 4
3/4 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
2 cups snow peas, stem and strings removed
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced carrots or bamboo shoots
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon sugar
4 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
