Spiced Breakfast Bulgur
Hearty meets healthy in this delicious breakfast dish.
Total: 20-25 Minutes Yield: Serves 4
1 cup medium-grained bulgur
2 1/2 cups milk
3 tblsp honey
1/2 cup raisins, dried cranberries or dried apple pieces
1/2 tsp cinnamon
optional: extra milk, honey, or sugar
Combine bulgur, milk, salt, honey, raisins and cinnamon in the inner pot of your rice cooker. Press White Rice, cover and allow the contents to come to a boil. Let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, until mixture thickens, stirring frequently. Pour into serving bowls and add milk and honey and/or sugar to taste.
