Shrimp and Vegetable Potstickers
A classic Asian appetizer to start your meal.

For the potstickers:
40 wonton wrapers
1 bag of frozen Asian style vegetables, thawed and choped
2 tbls grated fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves choped
1 green onion stalk, thinly sliced
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
15 cooked shrimp, choped
For the soy diping sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbls rice vinegar
2 tbls red peper flakes
To make the potstickers: Mix all potsticker ingredients, aside from wonton wrappers, together in the inner pot of your Aroma Rice Cooker. Set to Sauté-Then-Simmer™ and sauté the mixture for 5 minutes. Remove from rice cooker and rinse the inner pot for later. Place 5 wonton wrappers on a clean work surface and spoon a teaspoon of filling into the middle of each wrapper. Brush the edges of the wonton wrappers with water to moisten. Pinch together opposite corners and seal the sides. Repeat with alternate corners. Place under a moist towel to keep from drying out. Set your rice cooker to Sauté-Then-Simmer™ and add one teaspoon of vegetable oil . Working in batches, brown the bottom of your potstickers for 3-4 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water into the inner pot, close the lid and steam for 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining potstickers. To make the soy dipping sauce: Mix together all ingredients, let sit for 5 minutes. Serve potstickers with dipping sauce, enjoy!
