Rice Cooker Macaroni and Cheese

Complete with a cheesy, crunchy crust.

Prep: 10 min Total: 40 min

Ingredients

1/2 lb ground beef

2 cups macaroni or other small pasta of your choice

1 cup beef stock

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 tblsp taco seasoning

Using Sauté-Then-Simmer™, brown beef until cooked through. Add pasta, beef stock and cream, close the lid and switch to simmer for 10 minutes.

Open the lid and mix pasta gently, add cheese and taco seasoning and stir to combine. Set rice cooker to Sauté-Then-Simmer™ for another 10 minutes to form a cheesy, crusty bottom.

Comes out very liquidy, so I would add less beef stock, also not very cheesy at all. It was still good, but would change the recipe a bit next time.
