Rice Cooker Macaroni and Cheese
Complete with a cheesy, crunchy crust.
Prep: 10 min Total: 40 min
1/2 lb ground beef
2 cups macaroni or other small pasta of your choice
1 cup beef stock
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tblsp taco seasoning
Using Sauté-Then-Simmer™, brown beef until cooked through. Add pasta, beef stock and cream, close the lid and switch to simmer for 10 minutes.
Open the lid and mix pasta gently, add cheese and taco seasoning and stir to combine. Set rice cooker to Sauté-Then-Simmer™ for another 10 minutes to form a cheesy, crusty bottom.
