Rice Cooker Cake

You read that right, it's cake from your rice cooker.

Prep: 5 min Total: 50 min

Ingredients

1 box cake mix, any flavor

1 container your favorite icing

Mix cake batter according to package directions. Pour batter into the inner pot of your rice cooker and set to White Rice.

When the cooking cycle ends check the cake for doneness. Set to White Rice again if not cooked through.

Invert cake onto a plate. Frost with your favorite icing. Celebrate!

This just is jot working. I think maybe sunning one-quarter to one-half of the batter will cook. Putting all the batter in, as the directions say, it cooked on the bottom only. After the bottom was done the cooker kept cutting off so the whole cake never bake. I had to pour into a cake pan and finish it in the oven. The part on the bottom that did cook was delicious, not at all dry or anything. So, ONLY USE A PORTION OF THE BATTER IF YOU WANT THE CAKE TO COOK THOROUGHLY.
