Who needs crust when you have crumble?
Prep: 5 min Total: 30 min Yield: 4
2 sticks butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
4 apples, cored and cut into chunks
Preheat your rice cooker using Sauté-Then-Simmer™. Brown apples for 10 minutes or until caramelized, stirring occasionally. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining ingredients to the inner pot and mix until incorporated .Press the crumble to the bottom of the pot and cook on Sauté-Then-Simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour the apples on top of the crumble and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Scoop out onto plates and serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
