1 lb ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks
1 onion, cut into chunks
4 garlic cloves, peeled
2 tblsp fresh oregano
4 tblsp fresh basil
salt and pepper
2 tblsp olive oil
Heat the olive oil in your rice cooker using Sauté-Then-Simmer™. Sauté garlic and onion until soft.
Add remaining ingredients and stir. Close the lid and let simmer for 1-2 hrs.
