Rice Cooker Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

1 lb chicken wings

1/2 cup hot wing sauce

2 tablespoons butter, melted

optional: extra sauce and blue cheese dressing

Place chicken wings in the inner pot of your rice cooker. Whisk together hot sauce and melted butter and pour over wings.

Set to White Rice. When the rice cooker beeps, check for doneness. If you prefer a crispier skin, broil wings for 3-4 minutes per side after cooking. Serve with extra sauce or blue cheese dressing, if desired.

I just made this and wow! So tasted and juicy. I love spicy so add extra hot sauce to mine. I agree you really don't need to do anything else but I spit mine and put half under the broiler to crisp up. This is a recipe that I will use often!
